This creamy, garlic aioli is delicious on a sandwich, burger, or even as a dipping sauce for your favorite fries!
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 3 tsp Capers
- 1 Lemon juiced
- In a food processor combine the Egg, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Capers, and juice of the Lemon. Puree for about 30 seconds.
- Once all the ingredients are well incorporated, slowly stream in the Olive Oil through the hole on the top of the food processor. Once all the oil is combined in continue pureeing the mixture for an additional minute.
- Enjoy right away or store in the fridge until ready to use. Enjoy!
